We offer private one-on-one or small group yoga lessons to fit you needs. We also offer private group sessions either in your home, workplace, school, or our studio. Our private classes are all about you: your pace, your goals, your schedule.

How long is a private yoga class?

Our private yoga classes are typically 1 hour long. However, we do offer longer lessons for an additional fee, or shorter sessions to suit your schedule.

How often should I do yoga?
​
The more you practice, the quicker you'll notice the benefits of yoga. We recommend you practicing yoga in general 2 - 4 times per week, but most of our private one-on-one sessions tend to happen once a week.
