Kids Yoga Programs
Yoga at an early age encourages self-esteem and body awareness with a physical activity that's non-competitive. Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, and coordination. In addition, their concentration and sense of calmness improves.
Mindfulness helps children create a positive outlook, focus, manage stress and anxiety, understand their bodies, relax, calm, soothe and self-regulate emotions. At Wild Soul Studio, we cater to all age groups of children. Be sure to reach out with any questions to find the best fit for your child.

Wild Yogis

This 5-Week Wild Yogis Series invites little movers to explore yoga through a Winter Adventure theme!
Each week, children will experience yoga movement and mindfulness through playful winter-inspired activities, including gentle yoga flows, imaginative storytelling, winter games, and simple seasonal crafts, all thoughtfully designed for kids ages 4–8 years.

A 6-week program devoted to young girls, so they can navigate their way in this world in which social media, comparison and body image is at the forefront of our culture.
Designed specifically for girls ages
8-12 years old when, research shows, self-esteem starts to decline.
We use mindfulness, self compassion, conversation and meditation practices to help girls survive and thrive by learning to listen to themselves.
The goals of the program:

To use movement as a way to help girls feel into their bodies, release from their nervous systems, and connect to their own inner strength and power.

To increase emotional intelligence, happiness, resiliency, and confidence.

To create a safe community space where girls can be themselves and learn to support each other creating a sisterhood.

To help girls develop a healthy body image through movement and self care practices.

To provide guidance to girls surrounding social media use and introducing healthy social media practices

To give girls an opportunity to have a voice and trust it.

Babe & me
ages 0-3yrs + adult

This class is designed for parents and caregivers who want to practice yoga without the need for childcare—while spending time with their little one in a relaxed, supportive space.
Led by Candace, each class is intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 10 parents, creating an intimate and welcoming community where you can feel comfortable and supported. Each class moves at a gentle, flexible pace that adapts to the needs of those in the room. Whether that means pausing to tend to your baby, taking breaks, or simply moving slower, you’re encouraged to show up as you are.
You’ll be guided through yoga postures that help build strength and stability—especially in the core—while easing common areas of tension such as the neck, shoulders, hips, and back. Pelvic health is also thoughtfully supported throughout the practice.
This class is also open to those who are pregnant and feel comfortable in a space with young children. Modifications and options will be offered to support you through each stage of pregnancy.
Beyond the physical practice, this class is a chance to connect—with your body, your baby, and a community of parents in a welcoming and understanding environment.
Recommended for babies up to age 3. Please bring a blanket for your baby to lie or sit on, along with a few favourite toys.
