Vinyasa to Yin

This unique class blends dynamic movement with deep release.

Begin with a flowing Vinyasa sequence enhanced by light weights to build strength, stability, and heat. Then, we transition into grounding Yin poses to unwind tension and restore balance. The combination of effort and ease supports both the body and nervous system—leaving you feeling strong, spacious, and centered.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga focuses on static movement, breath work (Pranayama), and meditation to create a profoundly deep and rewarding practice. The primary differences between yin yoga and many other forms of yoga is that passive poses are held for several minutes.

You will most likely be on the floor the entire time in various poses, so do not expect to sweat. It is not a vigorous practice of movement. Individuals who struggle with tightness in their bodies can expect the practice to be challenging because holding a stretch for several minutes can be more intense and full of sensation than a vigorous practice.

Yin Yoga is now offered as a warm class!
