Class Descriptions
Active Yoga Flow
This is an energizing class that will inspire you to move through the rest of your day with intention and ease.

Build strength and body awareness through this high energy, faster flow style class with sprinkles of advanced asanas.

Active Yoga Flow is offered as a warm class.
Awakening Yoga Flow
Awakening Yoga Flow offers strength, flexibility, concentration, breath work, and often some form of meditation. The intensity and physicality of nonstop movement can help to focus the mind of newer yogis.
The Awakening Flow encourages you to move with your breath from pose to pose and rarely hold postures for any length of time until the end of class.
This class is powerful, dynamic and a lot of fun with a strong focus on creative sequencing.

The Awakening Yoga Flow is now offered as both a warm and non-heated class.
Babe & Me Yoga
Babe & Me Yoga is a fun and nurturing class designed for parents and their little ones.
You’ll flow through gentle yoga postures that strengthen the body, restore core stability, and release tension in areas often impacted by caring for a baby, like the neck, shoulders, hips, and back.
At the same time, you’ll enjoy bonding moments with your child and connecting with other parents in a warm, supportive environment.
Core Flow
An energizing class that will kick start your morning and inspire you to move through the rest of your day with intention and ease.

Each class will use heat building postures to build core strength, increase focus and improve balance.

Core Flow is offered as a warm class.
Chair Yoga
Chair yoga is a low-impact program for building strength, increasing flexibility and improving posture.
Wild Soul has a firm commitment to adapting yoga to all bodies. We strive to ensure that all students can create a strong, sustainable practice, especially if they need a bit of adaptation.
Chair yoga is for students who can’t, shouldn’t, or just don’t like to get down on the floor and back.
Flow to Stillness
Flow to Stillness begins with gentle, intentional movement to release tension and create space in the body. From there, you’ll transition into restorative postures supported by props, allowing the nervous system to soften into deep rest and calm.

This practice blends mindful flow with meditative stillness, offering the perfect balance of movement and relaxation—a deeply nourishing experience for both body and mind.

Flow to Stillness is not regularly scheduled and is sometimes offered as a pop-up class on holidays.
Peaceful Flow
Ease into your Sundays with our Peaceful Flow. This is a gentle, slow, and mostly floor-based practice designed to calm your mind and body before the week begins.

This class focuses on gentle movement and mindful breathing, designed to create peace in the body.
Pilates-Inspired
A warm, music-driven mat class inspired by Pilates principles, designed to build strength, stability, and body awareness.
Move continuously through intentional flows that challenge your core and balance, enhanced with a variety of props. Each session ends with a short, restorative rest to help your body and nervous system integrate the work.
This is a Pilates-inspired workout, not a traditional Pilates or reformer class.

Pilates-Inspired Flow is offered as a warm class.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga offers a class of passive healing centered around supportive, gentle postures for deep nervous system reset.

This class involves less movement than Slow Flow, and like Yin Yoga, poses are held for longer periods. Unlike Yin, however, the focus isn’t on challenging the body with stretches—this practice is designed simply to help you rest, relax, and restore.

Restorative Yoga guides you to unwind, leaving you feeling calm and gently carrying you into your evening.

"So lovely! I almost fell asleep held by the calm energy of the room. Being held by the props in those postures made it impossible not to feel so at ease in my body."
–H.N., new Wild Soul student
Slow Flow
Move with intention and breathe with awareness in this grounding, accessible, slow vinyasa-style class.
In this class, you'll transition between postures, giving space to explore alignment, presence, and the connection between breath and movement. With a gentler pace and fewer poses than our Yoga Flow, this class is ideal for anyone seeking a slower, more mindful practice, or a starting point for future flow-based classes.

This is our popular beginner-style class, but it is a supportive practice for both new and experienced yoga-doers.

Slow Flow is offered as a Chill with Char: Slow Flow (non-heated) and Hot Slow Flow.
Strength Flow
Strength Flow begins with a full-body conditioning sequence blending Pilates-inspired strength work, athletic yoga, and endurance training to awaken your inner power. Using props like weights, resistance bands, and balls, you’ll build strength and stability while boosting energy and focus.

Then, transition into a soulful Vinyasa flow, linking breath with movement as you unwind tension, expand flexibility, and return to balance.
Expect to sweat, breathe, and reconnect. This class is recommended for students familiar with yoga and foundational poses.

Strength Flow is offered as a warm class.
Strength & Stability Flow
Strength & Stability Flow is a warm, mindful class blending intentional yoga flow with functional strength training.
Designed to support balance, mobility, and resilience, this class helps you build strength using simple tools, your body, light hand weights, bands, or props, while moving with control and awareness.
Suspension Reiki
Suspension Reiki does not require any movement and is a meditative practice, rather than a "typical" yoga class.

A unique fusion of energy healing and deep rest, this class combines the gentle power of Reiki with the soothing support of a hammock. You'll be cradled in a hammock while receiving Reiki energy work, allowing your body to fully surrender and your nervous system to reset.
Suspension Reiki is perfect for those seeking emotional clarity and a profound sense of peace.
Suspension Yin
A deeply restorative experience that combines the long-held, grounding poses of *Yin Yoga with the gentle support of a silk hammock.
*See Yin Yoga class description below

In Suspension Yin, your body is partially supported by the hammock, allowing you to soften into each posture with ease and grace. This class targets the fascia and connective tissues while calming the nervous system.
Though this class uses suspended hammocks, no prior experience is required. Some of the practice will take place on the mat, with the hammock providing support.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga focuses on static movement, breath work (Pranayama), and meditation to create a profoundly deep and rewarding practice. The primary differences between yin yoga and many other forms of yoga is that passive poses are held for several minutes.

This is a floor-based practice. It is not a vigorous practice of movement, but rather deeper stretches. Individuals who struggle with tightness in their bodies can expect the practice to be challenging as stretches are held for several minutes, however; all are encouraged to join us as this practice can provide a soothing release to our tight muscles.

Yin Yoga is offered as a warm class.
Yoga Flow
This class is suitable for people of all ages and most physical abilities. Discover why yoga is such a powerful tool for keeping you healthy in body, mind and spirit.

You will learn basic alignment principals, including modification options; the importance of focused mind and breath; “core”, what it is and how to strengthen it; the importance of pelvic floor health and it’s relation to core.

Yoga Flow is also available as a Hot Yoga Flow and Warm Yoga Flow. These two are strong, flowing class designed to build strength and breath awareness.
Yoga Nidra
Like Suspension Reiki, Yoga Nidra does not require any movement and is a meditative practice, rather than a "typical" yoga class.

This class is a deeply restful, guided meditation practice that invites you into a state between waking and sleeping.
While lying comfortably in savasana, you’ll be led through breath awareness, body scanning, and visualizations that calm the nervous system and promote deep healing.
Just one session can feel as restorative as hours of sleep, offering stress relief, clarity, and an emotional reset.
